Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a detailed requirement form to serve as your creative brief. This form will cover aspects like your product, brand vision, target demographics, competitors, and visual preferences. After reviewing your responses, I’ll follow up with any additional questions before starting the design phase.

Some projects involve third-party assets (e.g., fonts, patterns, photos, illustrations). I acquire the necessary licenses to incorporate these materials into your project. If you’d like to purchase full usage rights for these assets, I’ll provide the relevant links after the project is completed.

Once the project is marked as complete, you will acquire the commercial usage rights for the final deliverables. However, the designer retains the right to showcase the work in their portfolio, on any platform, and for educational or promotional purposes.

Depending on your location and payment method (such as credit card, Stripe, or Wise), a small additional processing fee may apply—typically around 3–5%. This helps cover platform fees and currency conversion charges. We always aim to use the most efficient and cost-effective method for both sides.
