Frequently Asked Questions
-
Can I change what is included in the package?Absolutely! Just send us a message with what you need, and we’ll be happy to create a personalized quote tailored just for you.
-
Can I have more revisions or logo options?Yes! If you need additional revisions or logo options, you can easily "purchase" them. A "revision" or "new logo proposal" is the process of refining the initial concepts to finalize the design -which is ultimately the final delivery and only version you will download and acquire rights of use-.
-
What do we need to start?Once you place your order, we’ll send you a form to fill out with the necessary details. This helps us gather all the information we need to begin. If your order includes a logo, we’ll start by designing the initial logo concepts. Once the logo is finalized, we’ll move on to the remaining items.
-
Do I get rights to the work?Of course! You’ll receive full commercial rights to the work. However, many projects may require third-party elements (like fonts, photos, patterns, etc.). It’s the client’s responsibility to obtain and securely store any third-party licenses from their original sources. While fonts can't be trademarked, licenses for their use are available.
-
Do you design packaging, stationery, social media templates, presentations, websites, and videos?Yes to all! Just send us a message, and we’ll be happy to discuss your specific needs.
-
Are you a typeface designer? We’re not typeface designers, but we use licensed fonts for our work. Occasionally, we may make slight adjustments to a typeface to better suit your specific needs, though this is usually not necessary.
-
What is a "brand guideline"?A brand guideline is a document that outlines how your brand should be presented. It covers colors, fonts, logo variations and alternative layouts, favicons, patterns, and usage rules. If you'd like to see examples, we have samples available!
-
What's a "revision"?A revision is a new instruction to make specific changes to a provided proposal. For example, it could involve altering a color or changing the typography based on the references you provide. The revision will be similar to the initial proposal, but it will incorporate those small edits.
-
What is a "new proposal"?A new proposal involves setting aside previous designs and creating an entirely new concept based on fresh instructions and a brief. This means that a new proposal isn’t just a small edit to an earlier submission; it represents a completely new idea.
